Shipping & Returns
How do I receive Free Shipping?
All orders shipped within the Continental United States will receive Free Shipping automatically when at checkout!
For orders outside of the continental US, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
What's your Return Policy?
No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent and a NC return number being issued by of a representative of Renlicon. Any merchandise which may be returned because of a warranty issue shall not be subject to this policy but shall be handled as per Renlicon's warranty.
Any merchandise that is not returned under the provisions of the warranty shall be subject to the following:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be identified with an RMA (NC) number issued by a representative of Renlicon.
- Products must be unused to be returned.
- Merchandise condition must be free of damage. Merchandise cost will not be credited back to the customer until merchandise is returned to, and inspected by Renlicon. If damage is discovered, the cost of repair will be subtracted from the credit owed.
- Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.
- The customer returning merchandise will be responsible for return freight charges.
- Refunds are for the cost of the products only. No shipping charges will be refunded.
- Processing your return may take 4-8 weeks.
Can I receive Free Shipping if I live OUTSIDE the Continental U.S.?
Unfortunately you won't be able to, we only offer it within the continental U.S.
For orders shipped outside of the continental US, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For orders shipped outside the United States:
Renlicon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We can only ship to a valid street address.
Will I receive a tracking number after ordering?
Yes! Once your order has shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
General Product Questions
A piece of hardware was missing/broke on arrival. What do I do?
You'll need to file a claim as Renlicon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team at (530) 893-5244 to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Renlicon One Year Manufacturer Warranty
Renlicon warrants their product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal consumer use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Return fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales invoice.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary consumer wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages incurred during transportation.
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
Renlicon makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, Renlicon disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer of this product, who should contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. Please retain invoices for warranty purposes.
Claim Procedures
- Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 90 days from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after the merchandise is received.
- Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field.
- Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.
- If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
